Every member of the staff was absolutely courteous and very hospitable. the guest room provided had a very good TV and balcony with a garden view. - the restaurant here was good, we both ordered amazing dishes.

The room had climate control, a personal safe, and a multi-channel TV. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the hotel is located in a marvelous area, right by all the historical landmarks, Eden Gardens, and Maidan.

The location near a subway station was particularly good and unbeatable, most places in Kolkata were within reach. The hotel itself was in a vibrant area.

Interesting history, many walking tours start here, restaurant was very good, rooms were large and comfortable. LGBTQ friendly.

Towels were not absorbent. Suspect they are using fabric softener. AC was old and noisy. Staff kept turning AC way down when cleaning. Stingy with bottled water.

The hotel is located near shopping areas. the staff is polite and offers complimentary wake-up service and ironing. -the breakfast options are exceptional, with over 265 varieties available.

The location here was fantastic and charming, with just a 5-minute walk to Raj Bhavan and within easy walking distance of various attractions and the downtown area.

It has excellent, good setting, not far from all the historical landmarks as well as which had a nice ambience. All the stuff members are welcoming and pleasant. Will be back, thoroughly enjoyed its location.

We had a fantastic five-night stay here, everything was well-maintained and the private bathroom was a nice touch.

Thank you all for a really comfortable stay on the first night cucumber juice was declined all the time. The staff was polite and courteous providing the information. Reasonably good breakfast was a bonus. It was clean, I will be back.

Great and lovely location, at a medium distance from a bustling cantilever road bridge. 15 km from the airport. Polite and courteous staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Fairly quiet and absolutely fabulous room with amazing bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows...
